These modern, well planned technology-enabled industrial and warehousing solutions are targeted at industry verticals like E-Commerce, Automobile Ancillaries, FMCG and Retail.
Keeping in mind the growing energy demands of the industrial and commercial sectors, Embassy Group is diversifying into the renewable energy business with a vision to scale up as an Independent Power Producer (IPP). With a total investment of Rs. 1,300 Cr, plans are already underway for a 200MW solar power plant in Karnataka. This would cater to the existing and upcoming Embassy Office Parks and help achieve an 80% green energy mix. Another portfolio of 30MW of solar rooftop/ground mounted projects is planned in Industrial Parks.
