Job Purpose:
Evaluation, management and follow through of proposals / bids for potential development opportunities presented to the COO’s office
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preliminary screening of proposals
- Coordinate with tax/legal for detailed structuring
- Analytical evaluation of opportunities shown to the BD Team which involves in-depth modelling for transaction
- Creation of business plans and budgets for deals. Development of detailed project proposal for Chairman & COO approval
- Support for negotiation and closures for land possession
- Coordination with finance and other teams for deal evaluation and closure process (Funding / investments for approved development projects)
- Support due diligence (technical, corporate, financial, legal, title, and regulatory)
- To analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities
- Manage Team - Assigning deal/projects and provide guidance and expertise on ongoing evaluations and projects

Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Qualified CA or MBA from A grade institute a must
- 8-10 years’ experience
- Proficiency in Financial Modelling (Property DCF Valuation, Investment Evaluation, Preparation of Pro-forma financial statements etc.)
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Powerpoint is a Must and sound knowledge of other MS Office applications and MIS/ business reporting systems.

- Strong knowledge of finance concepts and real estate financial modeling & valuation
- Deep understanding of real estate sector dynamics in India with a focus metro-cities
