Hilton Residence, Bangalore will be a serviced apartment development located at Embassy Golf Links Business Park, Bangalore. The project is spread over 3.57 acres of land and the development will comprise 251 guest rooms, 165 studio apartments, 78 one-bedroom units and eight two-bedroom units. The development will have the benefit of a coffee shop, Irish-style pub, all-day dining room and restaurant, juice bar, Asian-specialty restaurant, meeting room, retail space, open parking spaces, storage and service areas, swimming pool, health club and spa, public grounds and landscaped gardens.

We have entered into a technical assistance service agreement and a management agreement with Hilton International Company Limited, pursuant to which Hilton International will provide the operational, managerial and technical services to the project.
