Embassy TechZone, Serbia is our first venture in the European Region. Based on an exhaustive evaluation of project partners, the Municipality of Indijia selected Embassy to develop an IT park on 123 acres of land near Belgrade. The first phase of Embassy TechZone, Serbia will comprise 0.25 million sft. of LEED certified built up space expected to be operational by early 2013.

This business park will have a total Developable Area of 1.00 million sft. The first phase of the business park will comprise a Developable Area of 0.25 million sft.
